NEW CONSTRUCTION WORK

We have more than 25 years of experience working on new construction projects, understanding all the complexities from the processing of all the necessary permits, to the total execution of the project. We have worked in the construction of new buildings in different projects such as housing blocks, schools, residences, health centres, single-family homes or villas, etc.

REFURBISHMENT AND RENOVATION

Our team of professionals has also worked on a wide variety of refurbishment and renovation projects. We help you to assess all the implications that the project may have in order to avoid setbacks in its execution, coordinating all the necessary equipment for its execution: carpenters, plumbers, electricians, among others.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT​

We study the works at project level, carry out execution projects, as well as the management, coordination, supervision of works, works and any necessary management for the complete materialisation of the project. We estimate the necessary resources and deadlines. We develop and implement a plan and processes for the project. We manage and motivate the team. We manage the risks, problems and changes that may occur in the project.

We also work in civil works construction, whether participating in public tenders or through private developers, covering all aspects of the project.
