The multidisciplinary nature of our construction company allows us to have a wide variety of business lines, always adapting to the needs of each project. Our commitment to constant evolution allows us to adjust to the demands of the current market. For this reason, at present, we also offer a complete Project Management service.

Disponemos también de un gabinete técnico que se encarga del estudio, valoración, programación, control y dirección de obras, poniendo un especial énfasis en la coordinación de los trabajos y su planificación en tiempos y costes. Sus conocimientos, experiencia y competencia, tienen como resultado la realización de estas tareas con la mayor efectividad.
OUR SYSTEM
Urbamed develops a system of action based on the Circle of Excellence that involves communication with clients, control and analysis of opportunities and deviations throughout the entire process. In this way it is possible to structure the projects in the following phases:
DEFINITION OF OBJECTIVES
Determination of the objectives of the project in terms of the scope of the action, costs and income, deadlines, quality, human team and elements that make up the project. In this phase, URBAMED staff and the client hold working meetings to establish the criteria that will define the project.
PROJECT PLANNING
Collaboration in the drafting of the technical preliminary project, risk analysis and adjustment of cost estimates, income, deadlines and quality, as well as the timetable of the different actions.
DETAILED PLANNING
Collaboration in the drafting of the construction project and development of the detailed resource planning.
PROCUREMENT AND EXECUTION
Management of procurement, supervision and control of works, keeping the client informed of the evolution of the project.
CLOSURE AND HANDOVER OF THE WORK
Evaluation of the work
ANALYSIS OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR SALE OR EXPLOITATION
Once the work has been completed, analysis of opportunities for the sale of the works to third parties or management of the exploitation.
