Urbamed Projects has completed the residence for the elderly in Cella (Teruel). The building consists of a semi-basement, ground floor and two upper floors.

This residence has the management units, residential, assisted living, nursing, day care, sanitary services, waste disposal, kitchen, laundry and maintenance.

The main access to the building is on the ground floor through its main façade, on the south side of the plot.

Among the works carried out are the following:

• Implementation in existing carpentry of anti-covid 19 micro-ventilation system, so that it is generated in the rooms, mainly bedrooms and shared spaces.
• Installation of all the interior carpentry of the centre.
• Completion of the installation of electricity and lighting, pumping equipment, tanks and disqualification of the drinking water installation and installation of sanitary appliances and taps.
• Completion of the heating installation, installation of boilers, valves and fittings, regulations, radiators, etc
• Completion of the pending ventilation installation, extractors, ducts, etc. Completion of the gas installation.
• Completion of the installations of public address system, structured cabling, audiovisual, telephony, wireless network, video intercoms and closed circuit television, and fire protection
• Installation of the elevators planned for the building.
