The works consist of the adaptation, refurbishment and equipping of the CEIP "El Trinquet", which involves an intervention to resolve deficiencies detected in construction, existing facilities, energy, and the functionality of the school itself.

Las obras se iniciaron en julio de 2021.

Among the actions carried out are the following:

• Intervention on the reinforced concrete structural elements, such as beams or pillars. 
• Replacement of the school's flooring.
• Intervention on the façade.
•  Repair of the waterproofing layer, as there are occasional leaks in the flat roof of the central block.
• The finishing layer of the access and courtyard will be demolished and replaced, due to its deteriorated state. 
• Complete installation of fire protection elements, such as BIEs, extinguishers, sprinklers, detectors and pushbuttons.
• Adaptation of the electrical installation to current regulations.
• Adaptation of the lighting installation
• Replacement of the boilers with aerothermal systems to improve the heating and DHW installations.
• To improve the accessibility of the building, the installation of two lifts and several ramps is planned.
• Complete refurbishment of the toilets.
• Replacement of the windows for others with better glazing and carpentry.
• Renovation of the kitchen to bring it into line with current regulations.
• Classroom for the speech therapist.
• Fitting out of a space for a cleaning room.
